Permission is granted to you to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of this website for the sole purpose of using this website as an information resource (or fore ordering goods or services and using this site as a shopping resource). If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email. The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. When following such acceptance, Browns Bespoke Beds will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, however there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to ship products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order). If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account. If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card. Browns Bespoke Beds’s acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you.
Equally, while Browns Bespoke Beds endeavours not to make any errors on this website and to ensure that all descriptions, details and dimensions of products, prices and other information are accurate and up-to-date, errors can occur. If we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will provide you with the option of cancelling your order in full or the part(s) of your order affected by the misinformation. If you make such a cancellation, the money for the cancelled part of your order will be refunded to your card or account (or will not be taken at all if the payment process has not begun at that time).
Prices and availability of products on the website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Browns Bespoke Beds reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Browns Bespoke Beds reserves the right to cancel an order at any time time until the order has been delivered, for any reason, and refund the customer in full.
Any alterations made to orders already placed may incur a charge. This will be at the discretion of Browns Bespoke Beds.
Voucher codes are restricted to one use per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine voucher codes in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Voucher codes are issued solely at the discretion of Browns Bespoke Beds and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or voucher code at any time.
Voucher code discounts do not apply to any additional extras or upgrades added after you have placed your initial order.
We offer free delivery, unpacking and construction of new beds and mattresses in the customer's room of choice.
Information that will assist with the delivery, ie. you live in a building with restricted access, should be mentioned in the ‘Order Notes’ section before making payment. Delivery issues created as a result of non-disclosure of such information may incur a charge, at the discretion of the manager of Browns Bespoke Beds.
We will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date once an order is ready. If agreed delivery dates/times are missed for any reason and it is necessary to rearrange delivery, there may be an additional charge to cover the cost, at the discretion of the manager of Browns Bespoke Beds.
The delivery team will check items whilst constructing beds, however when the customer chooses to assemble a bed themself, all items must be checked for damages or faults before signing the delivery note. Damages reported after the delivery team has left a property may not be eligible for a refund.
Delivery is free across mainland UK, however there are some UK areas that may be excluded from our delivery coverage due to access issues. We will contact the customer to discuss this if necessary.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Should you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 48 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order. We require written or verbal communication from yourself the ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.
Each bed is considered a specialised, bespoke, made-to-order item and therefore is non-returnable. Once the 48 hour cooling off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed.
In extraordinary circumstances, If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your bed once delivered, it may be possible, at the manager's discretion, to exchange the bed with another of equal value. However this will incur a £150 handling fee to cover handling, delivery and installation charges. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer.

With all of our products you will also secure a free one year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty starts from the day that you sign for your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you disassemble the bed for any reason or move the bed to a different property, your warranty will be void.
