Order Acceptance
Upon acceptance of your order, we will send you an email confirmation, which constitutes the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. We will always aim to fulfill your order requirements, but circumstances may arise after confirmation where we are unable to ship products due to unforeseen unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and refund the payment for the unavailable products to your account or card. Our acceptance of your order is subject to product availability following the confirmation email. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date information on our website regarding our products, prices, and descriptions, errors may occur. If we identify any error that significantly affects your confirmed order, we will promptly notify you and provide the option to cancel the affected part(s) or the entire order. If you decide to cancel, we will refund the payment for the cancelled portion of the order. Prices and product availability on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (even after an order has been placed) and revoke any stated offer.

Alterations
Any alterations made to orders already placed may incur a charge. This will be at the discretion of Browns Bespoke Beds.
Voucher Codes
Discount Codes are restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine coupon codes in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at the discretion of Browns Bespoke Beds and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time.
Any discount does not apply to any additional extras or upgrades ordered after you have placed your initial order.
Delivery
The Browns Bespoke Beds does not offer refunds for delivery costs, regardless of the reason for the return. While every effort will be made to accommodate delivery requests and dates, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet them. Please make sure to note any special requirements or delivery restrictions in the checkout notes or inform a member of staff at Browns Bespoke Beds when placing your order. In the unlikely event that the delivery team damages your property, The Browns Bespoke Beds will not accept responsibility for any related expenses or damages.
We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, including economic or profit losses, arising from delivery delays. Please be aware that adverse weather conditions may cause delays.
If you miss your scheduled delivery time and we need to rearrange it, there may be a charge of £79 to cover our costs.
Installation of your bed is complimentary. If you decline this service, please inspect the bed for any damages or faults at the time of delivery and before signing the Delivery Note. Browns Bespoke Beds cannot be held responsible for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.
We will require one weeks notice to rearrange a planned delivery.
48 hours after placing your order you will be charged 30% of your order total as a restocking fee if you cancel your order.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a 24-hour cooling off period to cancel your order. To cancel, you must provide written or verbal communication within this time period.
Please note that each item is considered a specialist, made-to-order item and therefore non-returnable once the 24-hour cooling off period has passed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, you have to allow for small intolerances on all hand made upholstered beds as two are not identical.
In exceptional circumstances, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item after delivery, it may be possible to exchange it for an item of equal value at the manager's discretion. However, please be aware that this will incur a £150 handling fee to cover delivery and installation charges. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer, as it is at the manager's discretion.
All deposits taken in store are non refundable under any circumstances unless at managers discretion.
Data Protection
We comply with all the statutory requirements of the data protection act 1998 as well with general data protection regulations and all your personal information is confidential and secure. Your information will never be shared or sold to any third party company. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Manufacturer's Warranty
With all of our products you will also secure a free one year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty starts from the day that you receive your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you tamper with the bed or disassemble the bed for any reason or move the bed to a different property, your warranty will be void.
