I went and pick my new bed and with in one week I had it delivered put up great customer service will be going back again oh am so in love with my bed.

Just recent ordered a double cool gel mattress from browns within a couple of day they had it delivered to my door very fast and reliable service and it’s one of the best nights sleep I have had would highly recommend best regards.

We have bought a gorgeous bed and cool gel mattress from here and honestly it’s the best thing ever! The mattress is so good and comfortable! The service and price were fantastic too! During the lockdown I had difficulty looking for a quality bed, After contacting Anthony I described the bed I was looking for and he went out of his way to find me the perfect bed I wanted, his expertise and experience throughout the process was outstanding. Highly recommended, tang, told him what I wanted and budget, even though shop not open due to lockdown, he had what I wanted and delivered next day. The bed is really good quality and comfortable, thank you.

Wanted a special size of ottoman bed. Spoke to Anthony at Browns of Northallerton and he was very helpful and professional in his approach. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he said it would be no problem to get what we wanted. Placed the order for a base and very comfy Relax Active 3000 mattress, again in a special size. Anthony kept us informed throughout and a couple of weeks later it was all built and then delivered free of charge by Anthony and fully assembled and all packaging taken away. I wouldnt hesitate to shop at Brown’s in the future. If you want a quality product at a great price with excellent service just give them a try.

I absolutely love my new bed that was delivered last night and put together for me. The service I received was second to none and Anthony was so lovely. It’s the best bed I have ever had and my only worry now is how I am going to get up for work on Monday! Thank you for everything and we will be back very soon to start choosing a new bed for my son.

Very pleased my delivery from browns , lovely quality beds ,loads of choice of styles and colours, tons of storage in the beds I ordered ( swan bed with storage ) , I had my head board a custom made size fit under Eve’s in the bedroom and it fit perfectly , nothing was to much trouble for the staff , the delivery and installation was excellent, all round big thumbs up from me.

Fantastic service. Visited the shop in Northallerton on a Thursday and ordered a bed base which had to be made to measure. Normally I would have expected this to take weeks to make, but Anthony delivered this the following Tuesday! The price of the bed base ( made to measure remember) was fantastic. Cannot recommend this business and the personal service Anthony provides highly enough. Deserves 6 stars..

Recently purchased a cool gel mattress from here and im super impressed with service and product.

Cannot begin to express how amazing this place is from the service as you walk in to high quality products, fantastic value but not cheap, the customer service and the staff going well out of their way to make everything just perfect, far beyond anything we’ve experienced before, even built the bed for us and had two more drop offs to do at 8pm at night thank you thank you thank you.

Anthony provides an excellent service with sound advice as well as sharing his expertise to ensure the right bed is purchased. I am delighted with my new bed and chaise lounges that Anthony and his Dad delivered for me. It’s so comfortable that I’ve had the best sleep I’ve had for a long time.
